It was a "Crossroad" event, from the name itself. However, that would be in a separate post.
My son Kiel is now turning three years old, he's very creative by expressing his own version of what Dragon and Zigzag look like; Not only in his drawing paper but also in the floor and walls of our house. I could just imagine my wife's face when she first saw them.
I got my crossroad booklet days before the event. Booklets had been distributed in advance because there are daily devotional references to be read about in preparation for the event.
Through this booklet, I was able have my devotion again. I have read the daily devotionals and it helped me prepare my physical and spiritual to focus on the event.
Event day came and it was Friday, the first day of the three days session of Men's Crossroad Weekend.

When the first session started and the speaker already sharing the message of our theme "Choose Life" taken from the book of Deut. 30:19-20;
"I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”
Without any reason, I just opened my booklet starting from the back page then I was surprised seeing my son's creative expression. It was like he intentionally drew it there for me to be reminded of him whenever I go. As I translate it, Kiel is simply saying, "Hi Daddy, don't forget to choose life...". I got teary eyed instantly upon seeing that. I praise God for speaking to me and discern my purpose attending this life transforming event..
I love my son so much, and I will give him everything that God wants him to be.
To God Be The Glory...
Read your Bible and pray everyday and grow, grow, grow...
